Ikigai is composed of two words: iki, meaning life and gai, meaning value or worth.

BUILDING YOUR PERSONAL BRAND
In this stage we build your story so that a recruiter totally gets you – we build your personal brand. I’ll write your marketing campaign: a resume that makes your credentials jump out, a cover letter that will be read, and a LinkedIn profile to match. This is your story. You will be able to communicate the exact role you’re looking for and why you’re the best one for it. Instead of having to spend hours online searching and applying, your clarity will attract recruiters.

GETTING NOTICED: Converting Interviews to Offers
Here I work with you to ensure you have executive presence, so you build a connection with your employers. I’ll help you get your interviews perfectly polished so the employer notices you - so that you never leave an interview without having shown your best self. I make sure they see all of you, and can’t wait to see you again. I get you selling yourself as the solution to their problem. Once you get the offer, I’ll work with you on salary negotiation so nothing is left unspoken, and you get everything you need. Finally we work on your first three months of on-boarding so that you’re told you’re the best hire they’ve ever made.
